What we did
We used our simple scoring metric to rank each applicable postcode sector against each of the target criteria. The results were then fed back to Ratcliffe College who selected the most suitable areas to send to.
We then managed the Print of the mailer and ensured it arrived through letterboxes within the agreed timescales ahead of the Open Event. Landing with relevant families, at a relevant time.
The DoorDrop campaign was the only promotion used for the Open Event. As a result, and in comparison to the number of spaces remaining in the class, Ratcliffe College now has twice as many enquiring families as they need.
