Parkside School

background

What was the goal?

Parkside School is an independent preparatory school in Cobham, Surrey, offering nursery, pre-prep and preparatory education to girls aged 2-4 and boys aged 2-13 years.

Parkside School approached us to help promote and boost admissions for their forthcoming Open Morning. Having a proven track record with DoorDrop campaigns in the Education sector, we proposed a campaign which would target affluent families.

Our approach

3 things we considered

We located postcode sectors with high concentrations of the schools’ target demographic as the base for this campaign. All postcodes fell within the required 15-mile catchment area of the school.

1.

Children aged 0-13

2.

Household income of £75k+

3.

Property value of £800k+

Our solution

How did we help?

What we did

We ranked every postcode sector against the agreed demographics, and how concentrated each area was with the target criteria. We then provided Parkside School with the results, enabling them to select the most suitable and appropriate postcodes for the mailer. Simply put, the targeting ensured that the DoorDrop landed in high-conversion areas.

Working within agreed timescales, we then managed the print of the mailer for maximum impact through the letterbox, landing a few weeks before the Open Morning.

The results

With the help of our DoorDrop campaign, Parkside School received 34 enquiries for their Open Event, resulting in 4 conversions.

Of the 34, there were:

  • 5 families that attended as a direct result of receiving the DoorDrop. From these, 2 have since converted.

  • 17 families signed up via email or the school website, potentially driven from receiving the DoorDrop. From these, 2 have since converted.

Overall, two students have already started at the school, with another two due to start in September 22 and September 23. A great result!

“We were really pleased with the results from our DoorDrop with Clone Media. The stand-out factor was having someone to advise us on which postcodes to target and the prices these would generate. The customer service was excellent.” – Marketing Director
